Gap Analysis

Prior to starting any new project, our consultants conduct a gap analysis in order to determine the requirements and customize the program to best meet the customer needs.  

We also provide gap analysis as a stand alone services if requested.

Gap Analysis includes:

  • ISO Awareness Session for your key personnel
  • An estimation of the current status of your business with respect to international standard requirements
  • Brief summary of the gap needed to be filled up to meet international standard requirements
  • An estimate of time frame to completely implement a management system to meet international standard requirements
